Stash Busters – Projects, Projects Progress!

Kaffe PP Log Cabin (Large)

So glad I inventoried all my projects. This process is not for everyone, but it really does help me.  I’m excited at the progress I’ve made! One fairly intense [well, intense is a little dramatic, “tedious” maybe] paper piecing project now has 8 blocks complete. It is a table runner and after measuring my table, I have found I will do 8 less than the pattern calls for. Yeah! I love the rich colors in both solids and striped shot cottons.

I also began piecing a scrappy stick pinwheel and pieced and quilted two table runners. Yeah me! I’m going to break with my plans and begin a couple of little projects because they will be Christmas presents. Several of my projects are boxed but have not been started at all. I hope to change that in the new year. Reports are that we are going to have a harsh winter. As long as the power stays on and we have plenty of coffee in stock, (and, ahem, some Bailey’s too!), I should get quite a bit of sewing accomplished!
