Just got back from the first Sew Modern Sew and Quilt Retreat in Blowing Rock, NC. It was a grand time! Lots of projects were worked on and many completed. There was much sharing of knowledge and we all walked away knowing a lot more about our craft. There were games and many prizes. And laughs, laughs, and more laughs! There was a make and take and all made a block for a charity quilt – a bit of giving back. We also managed to get in a bit of shopping and checking out the local eateries.
Look out Blowing Rock – we’ll be back next year!
